Adem is a distinguished lawyer and proud alumnus of McGeorge School of Law, having graduated in 2017. Throughout his time in law school, he worked in the Employment Clinic, providing invaluable assistance to employees from underserved communities. Adem not only advocated for these employees before the Labor Commissioner but also won every case, a testament to his exceptional legal acumen.
His legal journey continued at BPE Law Group, where he honed his skills in Real Estate, Business, and Employment Law. His hard work and dedication paid off when he was promoted to Junior Attorney, following his successful attempt at the notoriously challenging California Bar exam.
In 2021, Adem ventured into the realm of immigration law. His expertise in this field is evident in the number of clients he has successfully represented – over 2,500 to date, with an impressive success rate exceeding 99%.
Away from the courtroom, Adem is a dedicated father of two and is multilingual, speaking Kurdish, Turkish, and English. He has been recognized as a Rising Star of Northern California five times, a testament to his continuous drive for excellence in the field of law.
Outside his professional life, Adem has a passion for soccer, hiking, and exploring national parks. He is not just a lawyer, but also a community advocate, a loving husband, devoted father, and an adventurer at heart.
